Burner structure
1. Delivery air system
As a highly automated electromechanical integration equipment, the burner can be divided into five systems: gas supply system, ignition system, monitoring system, fuel system, and electronic control system.
The function of the air supply system is to send air with a certain wind speed and volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components include: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire pipe, damper controller, damper baffle, CAM adjustment mechanism, and diffusion plate.
2. Ignition system
The function of the ignition system is to ignite a mixture of air and fuel
3. Monitoring system
The main components of the monitoring system include flame monitors, pressure monitors, and temperature monitors.
4. Fuel system
The function of the fuel system is to ensure that the burner burns the necessary fuel. The fuel system of the fuel burner mainly includes: oil pipes and joints, oil pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, heavy oil preheaters, etc. Gas burners mainly include filters, pressure regulating valves, solenoid valve groups, ignition solenoid valve groups, fuel butterfly valves, etc.
5. Electrical control system
The electronic control system is the command center and liaison center of the above systems. The main control component is a program controller, which is equipped with different program controllers for different burners. Common program controllers include the LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, and LGB series.
