Fault detection method for burner system
During the use of the burner, various system failures often occur due to external factors such as improper use or mechanical wear. Ignition device system malfunction: Under normal conditions, if the burner runs continuously for 3 times and cannot find the ignition device, incineration should be judged as the ignition device system failure. Corresponding routine checks must be carried out to detect faults.
Ignition system malfunction
Under all normal conditions, if the burner operates continuously for 3 times and the ignition device cannot be found, it should be judged as a malfunction of the ignition device system, and corresponding routine checks must be carried out to detect the malfunction.
1. Air supply system malfunction. Regularly check whether the working pressure of natural gas can be maintained normally at 3-5 kPa. If it is too high or too low, it will display a misfire issue.
Solution: Adjust the natural gas pressure regulating valve and use working pressure adjustment.
2. Air intake system malfunction. Regularly check the size of the air inlet. When the air intake is slightly larger, it is easy to have frequent ignition faults.
Solution: Adjust the air intake to an appropriate small size, but do not fully close it.
3. If the metal electrode of the ignition device or the ignition transformer system fails to ignite, or if the metal electrode of the ignition device is dirty and the specific position is incorrect, the ignition device system fault will be displayed.
Solution: Test whether the ignition transformer can ignite the device, clean the metal electrodes of the ignition device, and adjust the spacing between the ignition devices to maintain 2-3mm.
4. Air valve group system malfunction. When all ignition devices are normal, the valve group will open in a timely manner and the sound of opening can be heard. If it cannot be opened, no flame will be generated.
Solution: Regularly check the valve group coil and adjust the valve opening.
5. Ignition controller system malfunction. All ignition device applications are transmitted from the intelligent controller. The intelligent controller is damaged and all ignition devices cannot function properly.
Solution: Replace the intelligent controller.
Engine shutdown system malfunction.
When the internal combustion engine operates normally, it will suddenly extinguish, which is a malfunction of the engine shutdown system.
1. After the fluctuating high and low air sources cause the flame to float, extinguish it.
Solution: Adjust work pressure and restart.
2. Flame detector system malfunction. When the grounding device of the flame detection probe is running or very dirty, it is unable to detect all normal flames, indicating that the engine has been shut down.
Solution: Adjust the specific position of the probe and clean the surface of the probe. Restart.
3. Power circuit system malfunction. The fluctuation or phase loss of the switching power supply can cause the engine to stall during this process.
Solution: Contact the welder to regularly check the switch power supply and wiring methods.
The burner is not running and the system is malfunctioning.

1. External connection system failure: The external temperature or working pressure control cannot reach the lower limit of operation; Regularly check the preset values of temperature or working pressure.
2. The internal structure of the burner is not connected. When the standard air pressure is too high or too low, the air pressure switch cannot be closed. When the air pressure switch is normally closed and the intake mechanism is in place, it will be displayed and routine inspection will be gradually adopted.
