Rotary kiln burner operating instructions
Oil burning burners for Rotary kiln are becoming more and more popular in the market. Today, I will give you a brief introduction to the operating instructions of the oil burner of the Rotary kiln.
1) Heat the fuel supply pipeline with steam, open the fuel pipeline vent valve, connect the fuel pipeline to the steam, heat and blow out the fuel nozzle, and then close the vent valve and steam control valve;
2) Raise the flue gate;
3) Open the butterfly valve in front of the burner by approximately 1/6 to allow for a gentle breeze in the air distributor; If there is a natural suction port, there is no need to open the combustion air butterfly valve;
4) Open the atomization steam (or preheat compressed air) valve, adjust the pressure of the atomization medium to 0.4MPa, and maintain relative stability;
5) Insert the ignition torch (or turn on the ignition switch);
6) Open and gradually open the oil valve in front of the large burner, so that the displayed value on the oil pressure gauge is 0.35Mpa, and the oil mist ignites and burns;
7) If compressed air is used for atomization at room temperature, please follow the order of (6), (5), and (4) (that is, first open the oil, then open the air);
8) After the flame stabilizes, gradually open the butterfly valve and fill it with combustion air until no smoke is emitted, indicating successful ignition;
9) If the ignition fails, immediately close the fuel valve and open the air butterfly valve to remove the fuel mist that has not been refueled in the furnace, otherwise the torch shall not be inserted into the igniter again;
10) The reasons for unsuccessful ignition are mostly: low oil temperature, excessive water in the steam, too much opening of the combustion air butterfly valve, too little or too much fuel, and too low air or steam pressure;
11) After identifying the cause, you can repeat steps 1 to 7 above until the flame stabilizes before considering the ignition successful.
