Flame characteristics of boiler burner during normal combustion
After the boiler burner catches fire, the flame state changes. From the analysis of flame color, flame state, flame color and other aspects, we can infer the burner state. Today, Europa will let you know what different flame represents.
1、 Oil-fired boiler burner
1. Generally, the flame of oil-fired steam boiler burner is yellow-orange, neither white nor black smoke. The flame outline is clear, there are no snowflakes and sparks around, and the outside of the flame is transparent and smokey; When the flame is high, it should basically fill the furnace, but there is no flame end slightly sweeping and heating surface.
2. When the oil temperature and oil pressure meet the requirements, if sparks are entrained in the flame, the nozzle may be blocked.
3. When the atomization is uneven, the local flow density is too high, or there are large particle oil droplets, and several black stripes can be seen at the flame root. When the large oil droplets burn, there are snowflake sparks around the flame. The atomization conditions should be adjusted at this time.
4. If there is incomplete burning carbon black and combustible gas outside the flame, there will be flame curling and black smoke around and at the end of the flame, and the smoke will be turbid. Here, adjust the air volume, check the position of the air distribution and stable smoke tray, and sometimes unload the nozzle.
2、 Gas boiler burner
1. When the gas steam boiler burner works normally, the flame is slightly blue and yellow, with clear outline, stable flame and no deviation.
2. If there is wheat yellow, turbid or gray flame, it indicates that the air volume is too small or the mixture is poor.
3. If black smoke is emitted, indicating that carbon black is released during incomplete combustion, measures such as adjusting the air volume and gas volume, adjusting the position of air distribution and stabilizing the smoke tray should be taken to improve the combustion conditions and restore normal combustion.
