Coal powder burner, as the name suggests, refers to a device that can fully burn coal powder in a short period of time and generate high-temperature eddies. Coal powder refers to coal with a particle size less than 0.5 millimeters and is the most commonly used additive in cast iron molding sand. Compared with traditional lump coal, coal powder has the advantages of low density and large surface area, making it easy to pneumatic transport. The disadvantage is that coal powder easily flows on its own, and when the equipment is not tight, coal powder is prone to leakage.
According to usage, coal powder burners are generally divided into the following three categories:

(3) Special coal powder burner for asphalt mixing plant.
In fact, compared to heavy oil burners, coal powder burners have obvious advantages in many aspects;

2. When using a coal powder burner for heating, the heating time is shortened, the thermal efficiency is high, the requirements for coal quality are low, the coal type is widely applicable, and the economic benefits are high;
3. The coal powder burner is easy to ignite, heats up quickly, and greatly improves work efficiency;
4. The air supply and coal input of the coal powder burner can be changed as needed, and the furnace temperature and flame length can be adjusted in a large range to meet practical needs;
5. The temperature field inside the coal powder burner is uniform, and the heating surface of the heating body inside the furnace is large. The slag does not stick to the surface of the workpiece, resulting in good product quality.
